TriPlus Services partners with businesses to help them administer health insurance plans. I designed the UX for the section of the site where consumers would log-in to get information about their insurance plans, including policy details and claim status. Because many of the plans were for long-term care insurance, the average user was elderly and not necessarily as digitally savvy. Given this insight about the users, I had to be sure that the site UX would be extra clear, intuitive, and simple to use.
